I have not received a confirmation email In most instances you will instantly receive a confirmation email. If you do not, you may have incorrectly entered your email address, you may not have clicked the submit button or there may be large numbers of entries on one day for one event. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of entering, please go to the event information page and contact the relevant person.
I wish to cancel my entry however the entries have closed Please send an email to the relevant contact person on the event information page with the name of the competition. A medical/veterinary certificate needs to be sent within 2 weeks of the event for a refund. Please note there may be an admin fee deducted.
I wish to cancel my entry before the entries have closed Edit your form via the link on your confirmation email. Where you have selected a level/grade, change it to scratching. Please note there may be an admin fee deducted from any refund.
How can I pay my entry fees? At the moment horsecomps.com.au does not offer a direct payment gateway. When you entered the event the final page would have shown cheque or bank transfer details. Depending on which method of payment you selected, these details are included on your confirmation email. These details can also be found in the uploaded documents for each event.
