OTT award By registering for the OTT award, you acknowledge and agree that the HRCAV shall provide your name / email address / horse details to Racing Victoria for the purpose of updating horse traceability records. Best Performed OTT will be awarded at each level and the winners will receive a rug and prize pack – to be eligible all horses must be claimed on the OTT Community website – ottcommunity.com.au.
