Cards/paperwork are not being checked on the day, everything must be emailed to deniliquinpcevents@gmail.com when an entry has been submitted. PC riders must send copies of cards showing Membership, grading and rally attendance. Open riders must send day attendance form and membership details of PC/EA/HRCAV etc if not paying the $15 insurance levy.
